FAQ + SHIPPING INFO !

Do you ship internationally? 

  • As of right now, I’m only shipping domestically in the US. This is my first shop launch, and I’m still very much getting a handle on running a store. I’m hoping to expand to international shipping in the coming year though! 
  • I do have prints available internationally on INPRNT.

How are orders shipped? 

  • For small prints & sticker-only orders: I offer affordable untracked shipping (your order will ship via USPS in a customized envelope). You can upgrade to tracked shipping with a sturdy mailer instead if you'd like to receive tracking information for your order. 
  • For other orders: Orders with large prints, bookmarks, and other bulky items will ship in rigid mailers via USPS tracked mail.

How much does shipping cost? 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on USPS's current shipping fees + the cost of shipping supplies. The shipping cost may vary once the label is created. In an event where the final rate is lower than the amount paid, the difference may be refunded.

When will my order be shipped? 

  • I’m a one-person business, so please allow 6-8 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Processing time is how long it takes me to pack and label your order. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

How long does shipping take? 

💌 Letter Mail: 5-7 business days locally, but nationwide can take up to 2 weeks.

📦 Tracked Orders: 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that shipping times may be affected by national holidays and poor weather!

My order might be lost?

  •   Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery is unfortunately completely out of my control. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal system.  If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office.
  • Although I am not liable for lost/damaged mail once in the hands of USPS, I may be able to send a replacement on a case by case basis. Please email me with your name and order number if you haven't received your order for more than 30 days.

Can I cancel/return/exchange my order? 

  • All purchases are final! I do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 
  • Note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be altered. Please make sure shipping information is correct and complete before placing your order. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me via email.
